One day workshop focussing on the use of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques as applied in sales.
Who Should Attend
This course is ideal for new and experienced sales staff and managers.
To enable delegates to develop and enhance their cold calling and sales skills through their ability to:-
- Motivate themselves to pick up the phone and get results.
- Build rapport quickly and easily with customers and colleagues.
- Identify, observe and respond to verbal and non-verbal signals during the sales process.
- Understand customers’ motivations and buying strategy.
- Use persuasive language patterns to build a powerful sales pitch.
- Control their internal state and respond to stressful situations calmly and confidently.
- Handle objections and difficult customers more confidently.
- Close with confidence.
No pre-course requirements.
Timing:- 09:30hrs - 17:00hrs for 1 day (or two half days over zoom/teams)
Venue:- Online or at client’s choice of venue (for corporate training)
Cost:- £250 per delegate (public courses), £450 1:1 coaching
In-House Delivery:- We also offer this 1 day training at a total cost of £1000 for up to 15 delegates at client premises - in this instance, the course content will be personalised to your products / services.
